- পণ্যের ছবি শুধুমাত্র প্রদর্শনের জন্য; লাইটিং বা আলোকসজ্জার কারনে বাস্তব পণ্যে সামান্য রঙ বা ডিজাইনের পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে।
- ডিভাইস বা স্ক্রিন রেজুলেশন সেটিংসের কারণে পণ্যের ছবির রঙের ভিন্নতা দেখা যেতে পারে।
- ইডিটিং এর কারনে সাইজে সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে।
🛒 পণ্য ও অর্ডার
- Tailocraft পোশাক ও লাইফস্টাইল পণ্য সরবরাহ করে।
- সব পণ্য স্টকের প্রাপ্যতার উপর নির্ভরশীল।
- আমরা প্রয়োজনে যেকোনো অর্ডার গ্রহণ বা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখি।
- অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার জন্য আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে ফোন কল বা মেসেজের মাধ্যমে ভেরিফিকেশন করা হতে পারে।
- ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করলে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।
💳 মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট
- পণ্যের মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT)-এ নির্ধারিত এবং প্রযোজ্য ভ্যাট অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে পারে
- আমরা অনলাইন পেমেন্ট এবং Cash on Delivery (COD) এই দুই পদ্ধতি গ্রহণ করি।
- নিরাপদ পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট প্রক্রিয়াজাত করা হয়।
- পেমেন্ট যাচাই বা সঠিক না হলে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।
🚚 ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা
- আমরা বাংলাদেশের সকল স্থানে ডেলিভারি প্রদান করি।
- ডেলিভারির সময় অবস্থান ও প্রাপ্যতার উপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
- উল্লেখিত ডেলিভারি সময় আনুমানিক ১ থেকে ৩ কার্যদিবস; এটি নিশ্চয়তাপ্রাপ্ত নয়।
- ভুল ঠিকানা প্রদান করলে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে আমরা দায়ী থাকবো না।
- কোন কারনে অর্ডারকৃত পণ্য না নিলে আমাদেরকে ক্ষতিপূরণ বাবদ ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রদান করতে হবে।
- গ্রাহক কর্তৃক ভুয়া অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে ও আর্থিক হয়রানী হলে বাংলাদেশে প্রচলিত আইন অবলম্বনে প্রয়োজনে আইনি পদক্ষেপ হতে পার।
🔁 রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড
- শুধুমাত্র ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হয়।
- পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত ও ত্রুটিমুক্ত অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
- যাচাইয়ের পর রিফান্ড বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রদান করা হবে।
- রিফান্ড ১-২ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হতে পারে।
- রিটার্ন পলিসি সেবে গ্রহণ করতে অবশ্যই পণ্য গ্রহণের ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
📦 ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থতা
- গ্রাহক যদি অর্ডার গ্রহণে অস্বীকৃতি জানান, আমাদেরকে ক্ষতিপূরণ বাবদ অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রদান করতে হবে।
- ভবিষ্যতে অর্ডার সীমাবদ্ধ করা হতে পারে।
- পুনরায় ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
- প্রয়োজনে গ্রাহক প্লাটফর্ম হতে বহিস্কার হতে পারে।
🎁 অফার ও প্রোমোশন
- সব অফার সীমিত সময়ের জন্য অথবা আমাদের নির্ধারিত সময় পর্যন্ত প্রযোজ্য।
- প্রয়োজনে আমরা যেকোনো অফার যেকোন মুহূর্তে পরিবর্তন বা বাতিল করতে পারি।
👤 যোগ্যতা (Eligibility)

- Tailocraft-এর নাম, লোগো, ডিজাইন ও সকল কনটেন্ট সুরক্ষিত।
- অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো কনটেন্ট ব্যবহার বা কপি করা যাবে না, অন্যথায় প্রয়োজনে আইনি পদক্ষেপ হতে পারে।
